What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Precision Aerospace Corporation?
This is a true generalist role where you’ll be involved across all areas of HR:
- Support full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Act as a go-to resource for employee questions and employee relations support
- Help ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, and employee development
- Provide backup support for payroll processing (Paychex experience a plus)
- Support workplace safety, compliance, and HR-related processes including workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
