Facility Maintenance Technician (2 Openings)

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine building and facility maintenance.
• Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including interior and exterior areas.
• Assist with facility improvements, equipment moves, and general repairs (Dry wall) 
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and support production operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous facility, building, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Excellent attendance and dependability are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors.

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
