Program Management Analyst, Journeyman (Administrative Support)

We are currently seeking a Program Analyst, Journeyman that will provide support to PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Operations Team and shall provide Executive Administrative support.

Duties:

Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall Program Manager and Principal Deputy Program Manager.

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project office objectives.

• Collect, interpret, track, and organize information and documentation relating to front office requirements. Track and manage overall time sensitive requirements, and ensuring inputs are collected and submitted ahead of deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

• Coordinate with staff personnel to meet and exceed operational requirements and tasking utilizing presentation materials that include multiple Microsoft Office products.

• Strategic Communications

o Expertise with Defense Travel System (DTS)

o Experience handling sensitive information

o Research instructions, directives, lessons learned, etc.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required Education:

BA/BS degree.

OR

Allowable substitution:

Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Experience:

Journeyman –Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: Journeyman – At least two (2) years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
