We are currently seeking a Financial Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-242 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.
- Provides FMS financial and/or accounting support to the FMS PM, DPM, Business
- Performs managerial/cost accounting, budgeting, funding execution, manpower management, workload, acquisition, document management, system support, and financial analyses to provide efficient allocation and effective utilization of financial resources, making recommendations for improving operations, systems, and reporting.
- Assists with development of appropriate acquisition documentation for FMS products and services.
- Utilizes Navy ERP to perform financial execution functions and MISIL to track all commitments, obligations and expenditures for FMS case funds.
- Provides support to a variety of management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and data calls, which could have significant impact on the organization and its business operations.
- Analyze impacts of budget marks.
- Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $4,985.65-$112,478.47 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
