We are seeking a Helper/ Laborer Associate. This hands-on role involves racking parts, assisting with plating processes, inspecting finished products, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an industrial environment and following safety procedures.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlace and remove parts on racks as requiredBend aluminum wires on racks to secure parts properlyTighten bolts and screws on saddle racks using hand toolsAssist Plater with cleaning tanks as neededPerform visual inspections to ensure no over-platingUse air hose to dry parts after plating cyclesPrepare and package finished parts for shippingMaintain a clean work area and follow all safety regulationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsComfortable using basic hand tools (wire cutters, air hose, etc.)Ability to work on platforms near tanks containing acid and chemicalsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, industrial environmentWork EnvironmentManufacturing / metal finishing facilityExposure to chemicals and plating equipmentSafety equipment providedITAR REQUIREMENT: Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
