Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous machine operating experience, but experience is not required — training will be provided!
Positions May Include
- Saw Operator
- Forge Operator
- Heat Treat Operator
- Other production/machine operation duties as assigned
Pay
- $16.00/hour starting pay for candidates with no experience
- Experienced candidates may earn approximately $19.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
- 2nd Shift receives an additional 10% hourly shift differential
Available Shifts
1st Shift
- Monday–Thursday
- 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Friday off unless overtime is required
2nd Shift
- Monday–Thursday
- 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
- Friday off unless overtime is required
- Additional 10% shift differential
Requirements
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience with saws, forging, or heat treat equipment is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Must be available for occasional Friday overtime when needed
