Pay Rate: $24
Event Dates: September 3rd & 4th
Job Description:
- Unload road cases from trailers and move them safely into the hotel/venue.
- Push wheeled road cases to designated floors, rooms, staging areas, and other locations throughout the facility.
- Collect empty road cases from various areas of the building.
- Transport empty road cases back to loading docks and trucks.
- Load road cases onto trailers for transportation.
- Work closely with the event production team and supervisors to ensure cases are moved to the correct locations.
- Follow directions regarding case placement, staging, and truck loading.
- Safely maneuver road cases through hallways, elevators, loading docks, and other areas of the venue.
- Work as part of a team to efficiently complete loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain awareness of guests, hotel staff, equipment, and other workers while moving cases.
- Follow all venue and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other event-labor duties as assigned.
Schedule & Labor Needs
Thursday, September 3 | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Unload empty road cases from trucks.
- Push and distribute cases to various designated areas throughout the venue.
- Assist with staging cases in preparation for the next phase of the event.
Friday, September 4 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Work with the event production team to collect and load road cases.
- Load 2 trailers for departure from the venue.
- Ensure cases are safely and efficiently positioned for transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push and maneuver wheeled road cases.
- Ability to lift and handle 60lbs equipment and materials when necessary.
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to maneuver cases through elevators, hallways, loading areas, and other tight spaces.
- Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, and moving activities.
Dress Code:
No Ripped jeans, No sweats, No hoodies, & No logo T-shirts (clean black T-shirts are acceptable).
All show crew please wear clean blacks – Black pants, Black Collared shirt Long sleeve shirts.
