1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00AM – 3:30PM
2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Overtime Available Fridays & Saturdays

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate hydroforming presses (19", 20", 26", and 32") to form precision sheet metal aerospace components.
- Prepare, align, and position workpieces while following engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Apply lubricants and monitor machine settings to ensure consistent production and quality.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring tools to verify customer specifications.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards.
- Partner with teammates to deliver high-quality parts on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in hydroforming, sheet metal fabrication, or manufacturing machine operation.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues using established procedures.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparators, and related inspection tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate a forklift.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to producing quality work.
