Responsibilities
- Set up and operate hydroform machines (19", 20", 26", and 32").
- Align and prepare workpieces; lubricate parts per work instructions.
- Monitor gauges and machine settings to ensure proper operation.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections to meet customer requirements.
- Complete preventative maintenance per schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S standards).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience (hydroform preferred).
- Ability to solve problems using standard procedures.
- Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparators, etc.).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift.
