Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a CNC Programmer. The CNC Programmer will create and edit CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precise machining processes. Day-to-day tasks include creating toolpaths, selecting the appropriate tools and cutting parameters, and collaborating with machinists to produce high-quality components. The role also involves troubleshooting, optimizing machining processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming, including creating, modifying, and troubleshooting programs for various machines.
- Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Experience with Machining and Milling operations, including selecting appropriate tools and ensuring adherence to tight tolerances.
- Familiarity with advanced Programming techniques to optimize machining efficiency and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Experience working in an AS9100 or NADCAP certified environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
