Duties
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment using appropriate techniques and methods.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of sterilization processes and equipment usage.
- Assist dental professionals during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and available.
- Utilize 3D scanners and X-ray technology as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Implement aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during procedures.
- Understand and apply dental terminology effectively in communication with team members.
- Support infection control measures by regularly cleaning and disinfecting work areas.
- Stay updated on best practices in sterilization, infection control, and prosthodontics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and infection control standards is essential.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and prosthodontics is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Must be able to follow strict protocols for safety and hygiene.
