Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development.
• Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles, sensory activities, and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs.
• Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, positive behavior management, and smooth classroom management.
• Provide individualized support for children with special education needs or those requiring additional early intervention services.
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on child welfare, progress, and classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and learning outcomes.
• Support toddlers’ care routines and promote healthy habits in a nurturing daycare or preschool setting.

Skills

• Extensive experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and working with children across various age groups.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early childhood education best practices.
• Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to preschool learners, including literacy education and math instruction.
• Familiarity with special education strategies, early intervention programs, and Montessori teaching methods.
