Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Workers to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to precast concrete product manufacturing, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise concrete work, including preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, and curring. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up formwork for concrete pouring, ensuring accurate interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Preparation of rebar, pour, and finish concrete surfaces with precision to achieve smooth, level finishes in accordance with project specifications
- Install rebar and metal studs as reinforcement within concrete structures following schematics and safety protocols
- Cut, shape, and install various types of concrete forms including panel forms
- Follow construction plans meticulously while adhering to workplace safety regulations and standards
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for large-scale concrete placement and restoration projects
Experience
- Proven experience working with concrete, no exceptions
- Hands-on experience with rebar installation, forming, carpentry
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
