At PreBorn! a Project Manager supports the execution of key initiatives across the ministry by both coordinating projects and actively contributing to their completion.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring projects move forward while also stepping in to complete tasks when needed. Depending on strengths and assignment, this role may support operational initiatives, technical systems, or a combination of both.
Project Managers work closely with the Director of Technology, Software Development Team, and ministry leadership to help scale systems, processes, and organizational effectiveness. This role is not a purely administrative project management position. It requires a willingness to step in and execute work directly to ensure projects are successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Ownership
- Support planning execution, and completion of projects
- Take ownership of assigned projects end-to-end
- Step in to complete tasks when needed
- Maintain timelines and deliverables
- Identify and resolve risks
- Actively contribute to deliverables
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and system setup
- Support testing and rollout activities
- Fill execution gaps
- Coordinate communication across teams
- Ensure clarity on timelines and responsibilities
- Provide project updates
- Document and improve processes
- Support SOP development
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Support programs and administrative operations
- Assist with KPI tracking
- Support policy and system implementation
- Support technical projects and systems
- Work with technology and development teams
- Assist with implementations and testing
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while also executing tasks directly
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Self-starter with ownership mindset
- Agreement with and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct
