Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Preble County, Ohio and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

We are seeking dedicated HHAs to provide quality, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and tolieting
- Helps with safe transfers, ambulation and mobility
- Prepares light meals and assists with feeding as necessary
- Performs light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's care
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse and care team
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Certifications/Requirements (must have one of the following)
- Current active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license
- Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - less then two years old
- One year of verifiable experience with the last two years that is underneath the supervision of an RN.
Other Qualifications
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to work independently while following a personalized care plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous caregiving or home health experience is preferred but not required
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
