Territory Manager - Cybersecurity Sales
We’re seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Software Sales Representative to promote and sell software cybersecurity products to individual and business customers. In this role, you’ll engage with shoppers to understand their needs, present name-brand computer solutions, and help them choose the right products to protect their digital environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage potential customers through phone, email, and online channels to promote McAfee software solutions.
Provide detailed product information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Stay current on software product lines, promotions, and cybersecurity trends.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in software or technology sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and antivirus software is a plus.
