Job Summary
Precast Specialties is seeking a QC Manager – Precast to lead quality control operations and stabilize production standards. This is a critical leadership role responsible for reducing product defects, improving processes, and managing a team of QC professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QC team, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and plant leadership to resolve issues.
- Support plant operations and ensure production consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Qualifications
Industry Experience
- Strong experience in precast concrete or related industry.
- Deep understanding of quality control processes and production.
Education & Certifications
- PCI Level 2 Certification required (or ability to obtain).
- PCA and FDOT certifications preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with quality systems and production workflows.
