Inside Sales

Position Summary: 

Inside Sales is responsible for customer service within the company.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist customer with quote needs 

• Receive and respond to customer calls and emails  

• Provide lead time and order updates to customers 

• Entry orders into ERP system 

• Manage customer documentation from order receipt to shipment 

• Basic math and data entry  

• Customer service  

Qualifications: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required 

• Experience in construction-based sales and customer service 

• ERP data entry experience  

• Salesforce experience preferred, but not required 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Detail oriented 

• Time management and multitasking skills 

Work Environment:  

• Full time in office 

• Occasional jobsite visits
