Position Summary:
Inside Sales is responsible for customer service within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customer with quote needs

Receive and respond to customer calls and emails

Provide lead time and order updates to customers

Entry orders into ERP system

Manage customer documentation from order receipt to shipment

Basic math and data entry

Customer service
Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Experience in construction-based sales and customer service

ERP data entry experience
-
Salesforce experience preferred, but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Time management and multitasking skills
Work Environment:

Full time in office

Occasional jobsite visits
