Compliance Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
The Compliance Administrative Assistant will assist with ensuring the proper documentation is kept for both the Quality Control and Safety departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning / Filing Paperwork
- Create standard operating procedures
- Maintain employee certifications
- Update Aggregate reports
- File Federal Engineering paperwork
- Data Entry into FDOT MAC system
- Maintain safety records (training logs, certifications, inspections)
- Work with HR on incident/near-miss reports
- Manage safety data sheets
- Prepare safety binders
- Distribute safety supplies
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction-based environment preferred
- Microsoft Office program and Adobe proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Time management and multitasking skills
Work Environment:
- Full time in office and field
