Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven TikTok Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team to create content across key brands in the portfolio. This role is ideal for a digital storyteller who understands how to turn insights, trends, and brand strategy into compelling short-form video content that drives measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience creating TikTok or short-form vertical video content in-house or for brands/agencies.
- Demonstrated success growing and managing brand or creator accounts with measurable results, such as:
- Achieving 50–150% follower growth within 12 months.
- Maintaining an average engagement rate of 5–10% or higher on organic content.
- Producing multiple videos exceeding 100K views, with at least several surpassing 1M views.
- Driving measurable traffic or conversions through content (e.g., 2–5% click-through rate on linked campaigns or attributable increases in product page visits).
- Strong storytelling, on-camera presence, and scriptwriting capabilities.
- Proficiency in filming and editing using mobile and/or professional editing tools.
- Experience using analytics dashboards to interpret performance data and refine content strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, legal, and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a global brand, consumer-facing company, or direct-to-consumer environment.
