You’ll be the creative spark behind our short‑form video content. Your mission: show the world how lively, warm, and engaging life is inside our communities.
You Will
- Plan, film and edit fun, lively and engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels and YouTube Shorts) that authentically showcase daily life within the community, including resident and team member experiences and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Post short-form videos to community social media accounts, following best practices for each network.
- Work with the LSMMD marketing team to create a video plan that aligns with our content strategy and resonates with target audiences.
- Follow our organization’s privacy and compliance policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education | Experience
- A portfolio of social media videos (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts). Videos for organizations preferred, but personal videos are acceptable.
- Strong video editing and creative storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends that engage users.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, team members, family members, visitors and the general public.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects independently and meeting deadlines.
- Can speak, read, write and understand the English language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
