We provide the infrastructure and support clinicians need to succeed, including software, credentialing, billing, referral management, and administrative operations, so they can focus on delivering excellent care.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Physician Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and expand awareness of Prava among physicians, clinics, health systems, and community partners in Texas.
Position Overview
The Physician Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships across the Texas market. This person will represent Prava to physicians and other referral sources, communicate our value clearly, and help drive patient volume to therapists practicing through the Prava platform.
This is a field-based growth role for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable building a territory from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, medical groups, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other community referral sources
- Conduct in-person outreach to physician offices and healthcare organizations
- Educate referral partners on Prava's care model and service offerings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive patient referrals
- Maintain a consistent schedule of outreach, follow-up, and relationship management
- Track referral activity, partner engagement, and market feedback
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a strong referral experience from first contact through patient scheduling
- Represent Prava professionally in the field and at local networking or community events
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in physician liaison, healthcare sales, business development, or referral development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Knowledge of the Austin healthcare market is a plus
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
