We are growing and looking for a motivated, personable professional to help us expand our reach in the community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Physician Liaison / Community Outreach Representative to build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, businesses, and other referral sources in our local community. This individual will serve as the face of our clinic in the field, educating potential partners on our services and driving patient referrals.
This is a part-time position at 24 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that rewards initiative and results (monthly bonus).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular in-person visits to physician offices, urgent care centers, chiropractors, senior living communities, employers, and other referral sources
- Educate healthcare providers and staff on Fyzical’s clinical specialties, particularly balance/vestibular therapy and fall prevention programs
- Build and maintain a structured territory call schedule and track outreach activity
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key referral partners
- Represent the clinic at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop marketing materials and outreach strategies
- Report weekly on outreach activity, referral trends, and pipeline development
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, medical sales, or a related field preferred
- Existing relationships with physicians or healthcare providers in the Houston/Katy/Memorial/Cypress areas are a strong plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Proficiency with CRM tools or tracking spreadsheets
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (not required)
