The individual will serve as the Pratt & Whitney F119 Aircraft Mounted Sidewall (AMNS) Project Manager working directly with our AMNS customer The Boeing Company. The AMNS system is part of the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor supporting the USAF mission.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Relocation assistance not available
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

What You Will Do
- Oversee AMNS Production Line Restart (PLR) effort by managing project cost, schedule, and risks
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with The Boeing Company as well as P&W internal support organizations
- Integrate across Engineering, Industrial, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing to successfully deliver AMNS structure assemblies on time
- Support customer business calls, program management reviews, status calls, and produce program status reports
- Manage suppliers by addressing any roadblocks/risks, leading meeting cadence to ensure milestones are met
- Support AMNS Program Manager on contract mods, contractual delivery, and statement of work efforts related to PLR effort
- Provide earned value management oversight as L3
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of aerospace experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace experience
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- 3 years of experience in program/project management
- Knowledge of Purchase Order and Sales Order process
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Readiness
- Strong organization and communication skills
- EVMS Experience
