Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Developer to join our team in Wichita,
Kansas. This role is essential for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing operations by
developing and maintaining critical enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and

Core Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions using SQL and
Oracle PL/SQL.
● Work extensively within our process-based manufacturing ERP system to develop new
features, modify existing programs, and resolve production issues.
● Develop, maintain, and optimize mission-critical reports using tools.
● Collaborate with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to understand
business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
● Administer and maintain applications running on Linux environments.
Qualifications/Education & Experience:
● A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
technical field OR equivalent practical experience (typically 3 years) in software
development.
● Proven experience working in an IT role supporting a continuous or batch
process-based manufacturing ERP.
Required Technical Skills:
● SQL (Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries).
● Oracle PL/SQL (In-depth experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers, and
packages).
● Experience developing and troubleshooting business reports. Crystal Reports is a plus.
● Familiarity with the Linux operating system (command line, shell scripting, and
application deployment).
