General Purpose of Position:
Perform daily security, safety, and public service duties. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, while assisting in various aspects of the facilities department.

Maintaining a safe and secure campus(es) |

Keeps daily detailed records of events that have occurred on campus(es) |

Assists with events and activities located on the campus(es) |

Customer service with employees, guests, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers |

Maintain and assist employees with access control |
|
6 |
Develop a working relationship with local law enforcement |

Monitor CCTV daily |

Adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and COPs as directed by the Company and Food & Drug Administration |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be observant and detail oriented
- Have a helpful and professional personality
Education and Experience:
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Previous Security experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see, and hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate equipment/controls/computer.
- Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Most of the work environment is indoors, but outdoor work required. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to loud.
