Daily Responsibilities
- Manage store operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee product preparation and merchandising
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Experience in store management and retail operations
- Strong product knowledge in bakery items
- Ability to manage cash, handle transactions, and balance registers
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with fryer and pallet jack
- Knowledge of wholesale operations
- Skills in fraud investigation and retail management
- Proficiency in palletizing and shipping
- Cashier skills and cash management experience
