Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Associate to support the sale of innovative technology products and staffing services in the US market. The role focuses on selling advanced software products—including Generative AI solutions, Video Analytics, Quantum Optimization, and HR Technology platforms—along with staff augmentation services to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers across assigned territories in the US.
- Sell technology products including GenAI solutions, video analytics platforms, quantum optimization tools, and HR solutions.
- Promote and close staff augmentation and staffing services for IT and technology roles.
- Understand customer business needs and propose appropriate product or service solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution demonstrations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer data using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, or staffing sales in the US market.
- Experience selling software products and/or IT staffing services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and consultative selling.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience selling AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, or emerging technology products.
- Exposure to staff augmentation / IT staffing models.
- Existing network of US enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
