We are a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic rooted in the heart of northcentral Iowa and everything we do flows from a boundless belief in personal potential.
Our vision is to engage individuals, families, and communities in personalized, whole-self care. We don't treat diagnoses in isolation; we walk alongside people, honoring their dignity and their story, and building care around their strengths and their goals.
Across our region, we offer a continuum of services: outpatient psychiatry and counseling, residential substance use treatment, an Opioid Treatment Program, an intensive outpatient program (eIOP), an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, and drop-in centers in two communities. We also bring services directly to rural neighbors through outreach clinics across the region.
