Overview
We’re looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our mowing crew. This is a full-time position focused on routine property maintenance, with opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
This role is ideal for someone with prior lawn care or outdoor work experience who wants consistent hours, clear expectations, and the ability to build skills within a structured team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine mowing services on residential, commercial, and HOA properties
- Operate stand-on and walk-behind mowers (Toro Grandstand, Walker)
- String trimming, edging, and blowing
- Maintain clean, consistent property appearance
- Drive company trucks and trailers between job sites
- Support team efforts and maintain equipment properly
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related outdoor work (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable operating or learning commercial mowing equipment
- A desire for long-term, steady employment

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
