Job Overview: We're looking for experienced and motivated professionals who are eager to grow and take on greater responsibilities over time. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance who are looking to expand their skills and explore more technical areas of the industry. You'll start by supporting a variety of landscape tasks, with the expectation of expanding into more focused responsibilities as you build experience and demonstrate readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping duties, including planting, mulching, maintaining landscapes, and assisting with installation and maintenance of landscape features like beds and hardscapes
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Support team efforts on a range of projects
