Prairie Lakes Youth Programs is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Case Manager for the youth in our Non-Secure program. This position plays a vital role in providing daily structure, legal communication, report writing and communications with team members and court offices.

SCHEDULE
Full Time 40 hours a week (afternoons into evening) to include an every other weekend.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Serves as a member of a treatment team to determine which programs, methods, and experiences are appropriate for the treatment of the youth
- Develop treatment plan goals according to the recommendations
- Provide necessary communication with parents, referring agents, and additional professionals working with youth and their families
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, process, identify, and resolve conflicts
- Conduct self in a courteous, tactful, and professional manner
- Attend court and meetings as required
- Ability to learn and perform physical restraint procedures (Controlled Force MACH
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- College degree/completed college course work in a related field of study is preferred OR High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
- Strong communication and typing skills
- At least 21 years of age at the time of employment start
- Successfully complete required background check
- Must have a valid Minnesota driver’s license
