We’re Hiring: Senior Security Architect/ Security Technology Lead - SaaS Platform
Hybrid - 3 days/ week in office - Downtown Chicago
Contract role
We’re looking for someone who can step back and assess whether a complex SaaS ecosystem is actually secure.
You’ll act as a security architecture advisor across 100 SaaS platforms-reviewing design, identifying gaps, and guiding teams toward stronger, scalable security decisions.
What you’ll do
- Review SaaS security architecture and designs
- Assess risk across cloud, identity, data, and logging layers
- Work with engineering and platform teams on secure design decisions
- Provide guidance aligned to security frameworks and best practices
What we’re looking for
- SaaS platform exposure
- 7 years in cybersecurity
- 3 years in cloud security (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP fine)
- Strong understanding across multiple domains (not just one specialty):
Cloud security (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also fine)
Identity & access management
Data security
Logging / monitoring / detection
- Strong collaboration skills-you’ll be working across engineering, platform, and application teams
- Experience in security architecture / design reviews
- Strong collaboration with technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- CISSP / CCSP
- Financial services experience
