JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Retail Application Manager to lead both front-office and back-office retail operations, ensuring seamless integration between stores and digital channels. While the Headquarters will lead the main strategic initiatives, this role will take ownership of local execution, operational governance, and process alignment across retail and omnichannel environments. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise with Xstore POS, SAP S/4HANA ERP, and eCommerce integration, and will act as the key operational link between stores, eCommerce, and central functions. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of IT Applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with HQ-led processes and standards.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues across stores and eCommerce.
- Guarantee smooth execution of POS (Xstore) transactions, including sales, returns, and customer services.
- Manage merchandise management, replenishment, and stock transfers using S/4HANA
- Ensure smooth synchronization of orders, inventory, and promotions between ERP, POS, and eCommerce platforms
- Drive adoption of new processes, training, and best practices across stores.
- Provide regular operational reporting and insights to local leadership and HQ.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management
- >5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in the IT Industrial department of a large company
- Strong experience in IT systems implementation for supply chain management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector
- Solid technical background, with experience in Xstore POS, SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Solution, and eCommerce integration
- Worldwide skills: Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different global cultures

This position offers an annualized salary of $120,000.00-$125,000.00, and, if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
