- You will provide Occupational / Work Medicine Services to our Cedar City InstaCare / WorkMed Patients
- Your weekly schedule will be PRN (As Needed)

What you'll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
