Requirements:

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in Rheumatology strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, fostering positive patient-provider relationships
• Commitment to staying current with advancements in healthcare and continuously improving clinical skills

Position Highlights:

• Part-Time (0.6 FTE) 100% Outpatient role
• No Call/Nights/Weekends
• Varied schedule of three days per week in conjunction with the Rheumatologists schedule
• Practice independently once onboarding is completed
• Practice at a single site; the clinic and hospital are in the same building
• The APP may also write prescriptions and medical orders

At our Fond du Lac, WI facility, physicians are employed by the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, an independent yet closely affiliated group, while advanced practice providers (APPs) are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
