Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient Gastroenterology management
- Evaluate and manage new and established GI patients
- Participate in inpatient rounding as part of a collaborative care team
- Coordinate care with GI physicians, nursing staff, and support teams
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices
- FTE:0.9 (4 days per week)
- Schedule:Monday-Friday during typical business hours
- Call:None
- Practice Mix:Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage
- Location:Single site - clinic and hospital in the same building
- Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, or
- Education equivalency that meets licensing requirements
- 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, or
- 2 years of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
Required:
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Multi-State Licenseor
- Wisconsin RN State License
- AndAdvanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
