Job Description:
- Full-time
- 4-10-hour shifts or 5-8- hour shifts Mon-Fri 7a-5:30p
- No call
- 90% Inpatient
- 10% Outpatient
- Patient Population- Highly Complex Transplant population
- Manage liver transplant inpatient service
- Collaborate with surgeons, fellows, APP's, pharmacists and other multi-disciplinary team members to manage inpatient care
- Consultations and discharges on both Organ Transplant Unit (OTU) and Transplant ICU (TICU)
- Additionally see patients in Transplant Outpatient (TOPA) and clinic (SOPA)
- Master's Degree Required
- Must be an ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA
- EXPERIENCED APP with transplant, Nephrology, Hepatology and ICU background
