About this role:
As a n Advanced Practice Provider in Primary Care, y ou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patie nt experience . In this role you will :
- Have a 30 Hour Work week with Monday, Tuesday & Friday of each week being your set schedule.
- Your hours will be approximately 27 patient facing contact hours and 3 hours administrative time per week
- You will practice at Fort Lupton Walk-In C linic near Platte Valley Medical Center in Fort Lupton , Colorado
- No On-Call responsibilities
- Be e ligible for full-time benefit incentives , relocation if eligible, and a starting bonus !

What you'll bring:
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- 2 Years of Walk-In or Urgent Care Provider Experience
- Board C ertification or eligibility in Family Medicine / Primary Care (All Ages)
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Ability to navigate productively in EPIC - our Electronic Health Record
