- Join a team of 8 Family Medicine Physicians and 1 APP
- Clinic hours are Monday 8 AM – 7 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM; Wednesday 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday 8 AM – 4 PM
- Call responsibilities: 1 week on call every 8 weeks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital
- Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services
- Nurse and certified medical assistant support
- EPIC electronic health system
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
