Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper/ Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and manage financial records within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bookkeeping and administrative tasks, with proficiency in Quick Book software. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial & Record Keeping:
· At all times, ensure Client satisfaction with our services;
· Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
· Reconciling cash and bank accounts;
· Maintaining an accurate general ledger, working with CFO to make adjustments as needed;
· In conjunction with CFO, prepare and monitor business cash flow;
· Processing employees' timesheets and managing payroll process with service vendor;
· Remitting payroll, income, sales and use taxes when applicable, and monitoring payroll service for compliance with same;
· Issuing invoices to, and processing payments from clients;
· Report and resolve payment and system issues with urgency, to prevent future issues;
· Work with management and clients to insure monthly and quarterly client billing is being completed per contract;
· Work effectively with other departments to resolve client billing issues;
· Timely research and respond to vendor or client inquiries;
· Monitor client accounts with payment plans;
· Maintain client accounts for account changes, fee changes/increases in contractual rates due to renewals, etc.;
· Presenting account status to the CFO/COO and CEO;
· Collecting information for auditing purposes;
· Participate in projects or other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or minimum 5 years’ experience in full charge bookkeeping, accounting or bookkeeping certification;
● Advanced knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping software, QuickBooks preferred;
● Knowledge of U.S. GAAP or other industry-standard accounting frameworks;
● Expertise in Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet;
● Deep understanding of accounting principles.
Job Type: Full time Exempt

Pay: $44,430.00 - $55,320.00 per year
