Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OSS Database & Platform Engineer to support and modernize mission-critical Telecom OSS applications supporting TDM-based landline telephony networks. This role will be responsible for administration, optimization, reliability, and transformation of database and platform environments across a complex hybrid infrastructure landscape.
The engineer will play a key role in supporting legacy OSS ecosystems while driving modernization initiatives involving Red Hat Linux migration, cloud adoption, middleware upgrades, database modernization, and transition from legacy TDM communication frameworks toward IP-based architectures.

- Support platform modernization initiatives involving migration from Solaris, Client-UX, and legacy Windows systems to Red Hat Enterprise Linux and modern Windows environments.
- Monitor and optimize database and platform performance for high-volume telecom operational systems.
- Collaborate with application, middleware, cloud, infrastructure, and network teams during transformation and migration programs.
- Support hybrid deployment environments spanning on-prem data centers, Azure, and AWS Outposts.
