We are a new, boutique Private-Pay Companion Sitter Agency in Raleigh. We don’t just "fill shifts"—we provide premium, high-touch care that gives families total peace of mind. Because we are a private-pay agency, we focus on quality, safety, and building deep trust with our clients.
We are looking for ONE motivated, self-starting Care Growth Coordinator to be the face of our agency. If you are someone who doesn't need a "push" to get out and get work done, this role is for you.
Who You Are:

What You’ll Do (5–10 hours a week to start):
- Community Outreach: Visit local senior centers, independent living communities, and professional referral sources (Elder Law Attorneys, Wealth Managers) to share our mission.
- In-Home Assessments: Meet with families to explain our premium services and convert inquiries into active clients.
- Relationship Management: Build a "warm" lead list of local partners who need a trusted companion-only agency to refer to.
- Agency Building: Work directly with the owner to refine our intake process as we grow.
