What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Technician position at PPS-HPS?
PPS is seeking a Lab Technician for our aluminum foundry in Minerva, OH. This is a full-time permanent position with a compressed scheduled, benefits, and room for advancement!
Responsibilities:
- Taking samples of molten metal at metal pots on production floor
- Analyze sample to ensure customer specs are met or exceeded
- Enter findings into Excel
Requirements:
- Ability to work with production team and independently
- Computer proficiency, including use of Excel
- Attendance is a job requirement
- Ability to work in extreme heat or cold, lift, kneel, crouch, push, pull, etc.
