Accounting Associate (Part-Time)
Brooklyn Heights, OH
Monday-Thursday | 32 Hours per Week
$45,000-$50,000 Annually

Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable invoices, coding, reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll, including time collection and payroll support
- Post daily cash receipts and maintain Accounts Receivable records
- Perform General Ledger account analysis and reconciliations
- Process W-9s and 1099s
- Research discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger
- Sage 100 or other ERP software experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
