Primary Responsibilities
- Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
- Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts.
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
- Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
- Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
- Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Utilizes our CMMS system
- Relay and Computer Logic experience
- Knowledge of National Electric Code and Regulations.
- Two to four years of previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must be physically and medically able to wear a respirator as required.
- Able to work at elevated heights in a safe manner utilizing scissor or boom lift.
- Able to perform confined space entry(onsite training will be provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
