Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW) - Austell, GA

We are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part time roles.  The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.  Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.  Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat mental health disorders    Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families    Refer clients to specialists if necessary    Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs    Monitor client progress during treatment    Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide    Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight    Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care Diagnose and treat patients from different backgrounds/diverse backgrounds in a respectful manner Document and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation. Qualifications : Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)    Prior experience in psychotherapy    Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations. May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules. Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.
