Provide various administrative/customer support to project management staff within the Branch. Communicate with various departments and support branches to complete assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain required records for supervisor, department, and/or branch. Maintain and set up filing systems & keep office organized.
- Ensure routine work systems are completed in a timely manner – follow up and expedite late items.
- Submit invoices to customers and/or facilities for their remittance .Follow up to ensure prompt payment. Correct problem invoices.
- Manage phones for department – appropriately direct phone calls & walk-in traffic.
- Keep common areas & reception areas neat and professional
- Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
- Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
