We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate and experienced HVAC and Plumbing Instructor to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have both field experience and a passion for teaching students practical, real-world skills that meet current industry standards and codes.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct students in core HVAC and plumbing topics, including system design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Teach the safe use of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in the HVAC and plumbing trades.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and hands-on training activities that align with curriculum objectives. Incorporate applicable codes (e.g., International Plumbing Code,
- Mechanical Code, EPA standards) into classroom and lab instruction.)
- Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and evaluations.
