The Electrical Construction Project Management Trainee will learn branch operations through a series of work-related assignments beginning at an entry level position. Trainees will gain practical hands-on field experience while learning MetroPower’s mission, vision, culture, and values. Upon successful completion of all workplace assignments, the trainee will be permanently assigned to a MetroPower Office in Florida, Georgia or Alabama.
Essential Functions
Selectees must behave consistently with MetroPower’s Mission and Vision and focus on safety, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Trainees will gain knowledge of all aspects of branch management operations including but not limited to worksite safety, waste elimination, estimating, bidding, leadership, sales, material handling, order processing, and provide an outstanding level of customer service. Reliable and regular attendance is required.
